Research on low-carbon smelting technology of blast furnace – optimized design of blast furnace

چکیده

The optimized blast furnace design is the prerequisite for low-carbon smelting. salamander depth and bosh angle are key parameters, which determine longevity. In this paper, physical mathematical force model of deadman cooling stave was established. relationship between operating parameters depth, as well angle, analysed, gas flow scouring curve proposed. following results were obtained: first, reasonable depth/hearth diameter ratio should be 23∼25% 73°∼75° in China, respectively. Second, factors that influence floatation wear voidage slag crust thickness, Lastly, it necessary to adjust some measures such coke ratio, blow velocity tuyere length. This paper meant optimizing furnace.
